With the exception of North Korea, effectively every country operates a capitalist country. All the social democracies of Northern Europe are pretty thoroughgoing capitalist economies.

When people start “shooting” at “capitalism” it usually means they’re just trying to find some one thing to blame for both their problems and the ones they see in the society. And America is probably the worst example of capitalism among the western liberal democracies.

But that doesn’t mean there is something wrong with capitalism, just how our democracy doesn’t work.

You can easily go to Germany or Canada or other more functional and humane countries if you have a decent skill and live a wonderful life compared to the shitty one here. Or you can see what’s done better there and try to make that happen here.

Railing against an economic system rather than its particular implementation in shitty ‘Murrkah (as I call it) is only going to make it worse. Most of all for you.
