This is such a sad lot of nonsense. Hard to tell if Arthur really believes what he says. He has to be smart enough to note a couple things:

1) His (laughable) scheme to get a bunch of crypto exchanges to collude on producing a (yes, very centralized) stablecoin. Showed a lack or reasoning that was shocking.

2) The following quote shows again that the word "decentralized" completely meaningless:

"Let’s make some other assumptions and observations. If you have a small, talented engineering team, there is no need for many other employees. That is the beauty of software.

Building an amazing project without little, if any, VC funding is entirely possible."

3) This hilarious remark::

"I am a businessman, not a priest. The only dogma I subscribe to is 'number go up!'"

Somehow this is a reassuring replacement for a legal and economic system that is run by businessmen. Sorry, Arthur, you are a wannabe priest in the cult of crypto-decentralization.
