This is hilarious. "The top two cohorts (Whales and Sharks) hold a disproportionately large amount of Bitcoin compared to the other cohorts, which could lead to concerns about centralization and potential market manipulation."

Not only that, they use that power without any consequences (unlike on legal exchanges): they pump and dump and play around with blank trades, too, on all the other coins.

It's a good thing that

a) there are so few crypto owners who actually have a clue about value manipulation (pump/dump, trade-in-out-at same price, etc.)

b) there's no one to stop it.

c) they don't have to learn anything unlike equities, FICC, and derivatives.
