The marketers are the only ones who win with all this "change your lifestyle" nonsense. And it's understandable that so many aren't well-enough educated to resist anything that an "influencer" or marketing campaign has pushed.

Millenials have to get off the web more. Stay away from "events". And stop caring so much about. Drop TikTok, Instagram, Snap, YouTube (except for informative things or good entertainment), shrink your Facebook time. And, by all means, ditch your Twitter account.
