So, anyone who thinks they’re “investing” in crypto should be aware that they are not. They are simply gambling. The only difference is, at least in legal gambling, the odds are required to be published.
As far as investing in financial instruments goes, some people operate as gamblers and some are investors. The former have no idea other than someone said to do it or it’s a trend/frenzy/promotion. The latter understand the economics and business behind the asset they’re investing in and have put in the time and effort. Let’s be clear: the latter does not and a priori cannot exist in crypto.
So one can say, this is an interesting narrative of a gambler.
