Yes. One an evil petro-state. One a sink of corruption. And the others assistants to the corrupt oligarchs looting and oppression their people. And, of course, just a partial list.
You have to love the uninformed and unintentionally true title re: “let the genie out of the bottle”. As in 1,000 and One Nights: a bad, unstoppable thing has been set free.
Why again is this a good thing?
