But also, you can arm yourselves by formulating responses. For anti-vaxxers, you can ask which Chemotherapy they would refuse and why.

For Climate-Change-Deniers, you can show them the before/after pictures and the mass of data.

If they criticize the sources, then ask them for their data and sources.

Generally, since our balkanized education systems have either failed us or even abetted the ignorance then it is up to each one of us to be ready to push back.
