The rest of the world with:

1) reliable internet

2) secure internet

3) affordable internet

4) access to pc/mac/cellphone

5) access to hard ccy to buy in

6) knowledge of how/when to buy in

7) language skills

8) priorities such as eating and shelter

Add this up and this is a tiny cohort of the world's population. And will not change for a very a long time.
