Again, either a non-techie or one who wasn't there (like me) or hasn't really looked at the history. ARPANET was....a defense department project. The "decentralization" had nothing to do with nonsense spouted by crypto-naifs. It was a technical requirement to be able to allow expansion and scalability. You know, technical problems. Not pseudo-political like the crypto-silliness.
